Marketing Online Is Easy With Seo

Auto Date Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

I was pretty amazed when I discovered how easy it was to market online. The cost factor is tiny in comparison to what marketing potential you can unearth.

With seo technologies everywhere its as simple as following a simple plan and working with the search engines to achieve your traffic goals.

You do have to do a bit of manipulation to build up your link backs but the on page optimization is mainly for helping the person reading the page see it easier and more quickly, thus this is why the search engines require certain simple formats for rankings. The keyword saturation helps your site reach relevance for specific keywords.

If you have not learned the easiest most cost effective way to market on the Internet then you may be paying way too much, and going through way too much effort when you don’t have to.

The thing about the very infrastructure of the internet is that using seo tactics (that’s search engine optimization tactics) you can work with the very places people go to begin their journey to search for sites like yours.

It’s in the long run a way to help search engines get better search results by having quality pages build, and for you to reap the rewards of following the system!

MLM Prospecting Success- The Secrets to starting a Conversation with Someone You Don’t Know

Auto Date Sunday, August 24th, 2008

In MLM, starting a conversation with anyone about Network Marketing is so easy, but yet we seem to make it difficult. We seem to hesitate and wonder what to say or do, and we often miss the chance to talk about our business to people who truly would be open to moving their life into a larger place.

Why does this happen?

Many times, it is a fear because of a lack of knowledge, or experience approaching people. Talking to people about your business starts with talking to people about anything but your business. Talk about their business and employment. Be interested in THEM, not you. And approaching people with a GREAT INTENTION is the secret.

INFERNO Secret:

Approach people that you do not know for only one reason: To see which category they fit into.

You see, in this world, there are only 2 types of folks:

People you CAN help, and people you CANNOT help.

And if someone that you are chatting with is totally satisfied with where they are in life, then odds are, they are someone who you really cannot help with your Network Marketing business. They may be too entrenched to be open to something new.

There is one trait that MUST be present to help someone with their future and life:

DISSATISFACTION.

And you can listen to someone and tell if they have that trait in their life and career.

They must be dissatisfied about something in their life. It could be unhappy with their career, job, income, future, boss, lack of recognition in the workplace, etc. You need to LISTEN to their words and see where they are and listen for words like, “never,” “it’s a job,” “dread,” “it’s a living,” “change,” etc.

To approach someone is so easy, if you simply approach them with one thing in mind– seeing where they fall in the 2 categories of life. Someone that is totally happy and does not want to enlarge their life and lifestyle, or someone whose timing is good, and is ready to enlarge their life and lifestyle.

Here are 5 HOT ways to open up a conversation with someone that you happen to be in an elevator with, standing in line with, or just happen to be within proximity of a conversation:

1) “What do you do for a living?”

This question simply engages the person with a non threatening question to open up the conversation.

2) “That sounds interesting. How long have you been doing it?”

This question starts to uncover where they are in years, and you can tell how they answer it if they are proud of working in that profession or tired of it.

3) “What’s the name of the company you work for?”

This is a question that will determine where they are employed, and you can tell by their answer if they are truly excited about being there, or not. Someone who says, “I work for ABC company. They are so good to me!” or “They are a great company” THAT is a person who likes where they work. If they say, “I work for ABC company downtown and have been there for 12 years,” their focus is different here. It sounds like a prison term.

4) “Tell me about it. Do you enjoy what you do?”

This question will simply uncover if there is any hint of dissatisfaction in their career or employment. If they answer, “YES! I love what I do!” they probably are happy with their job. If they say, “It’s a living,” or “It’s a job,” or “It puts food on the table,” odds are they are not totally happy with what they do. Both answers though carry potential for Network Marketing.

Why?

One is totally happy with what they do, and the other is not. The first answer shows a potential great personality, and could be a potential positive asset to any company. The other answer shows some dissatisfaction, and may be looking for something better.

5a) “Just curious, are you keeping your income options open or know anyone who is where you work?”

This question simply sees if they are open to more money. Many times they will ask, “What do you mean?” I always answered “There is a company that I know that is looking for some talent. They are looking for people who are looking for more in life and to do better financially. I am not sure if it would be a fit here, but judging from our conversation, I believe it would be worth 15 minutes of your time. Gotta card or contact number?”

or..

5b) “Do you know anyone where you work that is unhappy with their job? I know of a company that is looking for some talent and would love to talk to them.”

That’s it. That simple. That brief. I held this conversation with people thousands of times, and sold a lot of product, and recruited a lot of folks. How does it work? It simply is a conversation which puts people at ease.

If this business of MLM could be boiled down to one word, it would be CONVERSATION. And that is all it is. A simple, friendly, non threatening conversation that can be held with anyone, anywhere.

That is one of the many ways that you talk to folks you do not know about MLM and Network Marketing.

AS/NZS5762:2005 In-ServiceSafety Inspection and Testing - Repaired Electrical Equipment Standard

Auto Date Sunday, August 24th, 2008

Standards Australia have released the new AS/NZS5762: 2005 In-Service safety inspection and testing - Repaired electrical equipment standard.

While many companies are recognise there AS/NZS3760 obligations which requires them to periodically test and tag their single phase and polyphase electrical equipment in the workplace, this new standard indicates the requirements for the post-sale safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment, which has been repaired, or undergone service maintenance which could have affected its electrical safety.

This standard covers the testing and inspection process following the repair of electrical appliances so that when the appliance re-enters service, protection against hazards such as electrical shock, mechanical injury, or electrical fire is ensured as far as possible.

All tests are conducted in accordance with AS/NZ 3760: 2005 - In-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment with extra requirements on the test tags.

AS/NZS5762: 2005 specifies that both compliant and non-compliant equipment shall be fitted with a tag or other indicator. So equipment that requires remedial action shall be labelled to indicate that it requires repair and compliant equipment that has undergone the required repair shall be labelled with a compliant equipment tag.

Greek Hotels - a Home in the Med

Auto Date Saturday, August 23rd, 2008

Greece is full of hotels. Its Mediterranean location is an ideal holiday spot, and it is still seeing tourism increase year after year, even though it has been steadily increasing by 10% a year for decades. The Olympics in 2004 only boosted its popularity further, as did the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest - there’s no sign of a decline any time soon.

As tourism is such an important industry in Greece, hotels are everywhere: they just can’t build them fast enough to meet all the demand. As a result, the quality of hotels in the country varies widely. Rather than being ranked with stars, hotels in Greece have been put into categories, with ‘category A’ being the best. However, as the category system is numerical, based on things like the sizes of rooms, it can often be deceptive - many category B or C hotels are actually better than some category A ones, or at least most people would consider them superior.

There are lots and lots of things you should look for when choosing a hotel. What are the facilities like? Is there any building work going on? Can you bring children? What kind of rooms are there? Is it close to what you’ve come to see? And so on. The best way to get all these questions answered is to use a site that reviews or compares hotels, so that you can see all the features of each hotel laid out in front of you.

One thing you do need to realise is that, as an English speaker, you may find you are only able to book at quite big hotels. Smaller hotels will often rely on agencies to act as a go-between and translate into Greek for them, which can push up the cost of staying there.

One last thing to note is that it is essential to book before you go to Greece rather than trying to find a hotel once you’re there. The exceptionally high demand means that in peak season all the decently-located hotels can easily end up full, leaving you to wander around aimlessly for hours trying to find something. It’s much easier to just book in somewhere before you ever get on the plane.

Longevity - Can Fat Cells Dictate How Long a Human Survives?

Auto Date Sunday, August 17th, 2008

According to the September Issue of Popular Mechanics, a report written by Jim Wilson explains how human beings may some day have the capability to survive to be 180 (one hundred eighty) years old!

Based on research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology -( MIT ) - and Professor Leonard P. Guarante; genetic makeup that rules our individual “time-clocks” can be virtually erased.

* How is this possible?

Every person has DNA fragments dubbed telomeres Our telomeres are specifically designed to extend our lives. These telomeres are copied from genetic material in our chromosomes. As mitosis occurs, these telomeres pass to our newly formed cells. As we age, however, our cell information becomes illegible - similar to “…a document that is photocopied too many times…” [1] Once this happens, our cells are depleted of telomeres before our chromosomes are completely corrupted. Without telomeres, our cells no longer have the vital information to reproduce themselves. Based on this research, our maximum human lifespan - theoretically - could typically range from 120 to 180 years of age IF we can instruct our genes how to tell our body to lose fat as opposed to storing it.

* So what does fat content have to do with longevity?

According to studies which began halfway in the 20th century; yeast, worms and lab rats who sustained themselves on the brink of starvation lived substantially longer than their well-nourished counterparts. Genetically tied to our personal genepools are WAT (White Adipose Tissue) cells; otherwise known as fat cells, our bodies automatically preserve fat for future unsurities. Aside from starvation ditets, Professor Guarente is optimistic that research will lead to a drug that may bind the single protein (Sirt1) (which directs the body’s ability to store fat in WAT cells) and trick it into thinking that it needs to release fat as opposed to saving it. In this sense, we could - hypothetically speaking - have our cake and eat it too. And perhaps, live to be nearly two centuries old!

The moral dilemmas of super-long, life expectancies could inevitably trigger social and economic controversies. In closing, I leave you with my own thoughts on this topic, based on a satirical analogy from MountainWings.com:

The Dragonfly

“Once, in a little pond, in the muddy water under the lily pads, there lived a little water beetle in a community of water beetles. They lived a simple and comfortable life in the pond with few disturbances and interruptions.

Once in a while, sadness would come to the community when one of their fellow beetles would climb the stem of a lily pad and would never be seen again. They knew when this happened; their friend was dead, gone forever.

Then, one day, one little water beetle felt an irresistible urge to climb up that stem. However, he was determined that he would not leave forever. He would come back and tell his friends what he had found at the top.

When he reached the top and climbed out of the water onto the surface of the lily pad, he was so tired, and the sun felt so warm, that he decided he must take a nap. As he slept, his body changed and when he woke up, he had turned into a beautiful blue-tailed dragonfly with broad wings and a slender body designed for flying.

So, fly he did! And, as he soared he saw the beauty of a whole new world and a far superior way of life to what he had never known existed.

Then he remembered his beetle friends and how they were thinking by now he was dead. He wanted to go back to tell them, and explain to them that he was now more alive than he had ever been before. His life had been fulfilled rather than ended.

But, his new body would not go down into the water. He could not get back to tell his friends the good news. Then he understood that their time would come, when they, too, would know what he now knew. So, he raised his wings and flew off into his joyous new life!”

Give Your Home A Fresh Look Without Changing Your Furniture Or Redecorating

Auto Date Saturday, August 16th, 2008

Is your home beginning to feel a little tired? If you feel like a change but don’t want to spend a fortune on new furniture or redecorating, here are a few quick tips on how to give your home a fresh feel:

  1. Scatter Cushions - These are a very simple and inexpensive way of changing the look of your furniture. They can give a old sofa a new lease of life, soften leather upholstery, even make your bedding look opulent. And don’t forget that once you’ve bought your first set you only need to buy the covers when you fancy another change. Try different colour schemes for different times of year. If you’re feeling really adventurous you can even coordinate them with your curtains, linen, or artwork.

  2. Artwork - A simple way of making a change to your home is to change your existing artwork. Good artwork is becoming more and more affordable. You can switch from contemporary to traditional to exotic in a flash. Coordinated well with objet d’art flowers and scatters, this can have a large impact of the feel of any room.

  3. Sofa Covers - Tired of your sofa but don’t want to spend a fortune buying a new one? A simple and fairly inexpensive way of injecting some new life into an old sofa is to have sofa covers made. Not only do they completely change the feel of your sofa but they also enable you to change the setting in which your sofa is used. For example a traditional styled sofa with a simple light sofa cover can easily be used in a contemporary environment, opening up a whole world of design ideas for you.

Car Audio Capacitors: Why You Can’t Do Without Them

Auto Date Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

I’ve heard the question asked many times before, ‘Do I really need a capacitor?’ Before answering that question I ask, ‘Do you have a high powered system?’ ‘Does it require sudden power bursts?’ ‘Is your amplifier being robbed of power?’ If the answers to my questions are yes, make every effort to connect a capacitor to your car audio system.

A capacitor is a bit similar to your car battery; it stores electrical energy. But unlike a battery it doesn’t produce its own power, it simply stores it. A car audio capacitor will help you get the most from your amplifier. It will store power for release on demand, delivering it to your amplifier just when it’s needed.

Your car amplifier requires a lot of power to play loud music, especially when there’s lots of heavy bass. Without a capacitor your amplifier will be robbed of power by parts like your lights, engine, and air conditioner.

So what happens when your car audio amplifier doesn’t receive enough power?

A common occurrence is dimming lights. In such a situation the light will follow the beat of the music. The light will dim each time a heavy bass note sounds. If you were to turn off the lights, your car stereo system would suddenly sound louder and the music would be cleaner.

Your amplifier is simply trying to use more energy than the electrical system can supply. If a capacitor had been present there would have been enough energy to power your amp. That electrical energy would have already been stored.

When you want to reduce headlight dimming, improve bass response, and increase the power of your amp, a stiffening capacitor is a must. Equipped with capacitor and an adequate power supply, your system will get every bit of current it needs. Voltage drops will be a thing of the past.

With so many brands available online, it’s easy to find a capacitor that meets your needs. You can choose from popular brands like Phoenix-Digital, Blitz-Audio, Kole-Audio, Pyramid, SoundStorm, Lanzar, Power-Acoustik, Pyle, Legacy, Nitro-BMW, SPL, and Volfenhag. No longer will your car amplifier be hungry for power.

Back to School: Bus Safety Tips

Auto Date Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

Beginning in early August and all the way through much of September, schools throughout the country begin welcoming students back from their summer hiatus. Whether you are a parent, child, school administrator, driver, or a concerned citizen, the following tips will help keep our nation’s students safe.

1. Bus Stop. Your child’s bus stop should be in an area that is well lit, easily accessible, and away from traffic. If it is not, contact school administrators to have the stop moved. In some situations you may need to contact the school board instead. If you live in an area where there is heavy snowfall, make sure that the stop is sufficiently free of snow, ice, and related debris.

2. Clothing. Children should be wearing bright colored clothing, especially if waiting for the bus before sunrise or getting home after dark. Place removable reflective tape on their outer garments including on their hats and coats.

3. Boarding. Teach your children to only move forward to board the school bus when it has come to a complete stop and the driver opens the door. Children should line up single file as they await entrance.

4. Seating. Virtually all school buses DO NOT come equipped with seatbelts, nor are seats strong enough to resist impact in the event of a crash. Teach your children to be seated at all times and facing forward. Study various brace positions to prepare for the possibility of an accident. Learn optional exit strategies including using the emergency door or windows.

5. Exiting. When exiting the bus, children must move far away from the vehicle to allow the driver to see that they have cleared the bus and are safely away from traffic. Instruct your children to stay away from the bus’ rear wheels at all times.

6. Awareness. Teach your children to be aware of other traffic in the area. Do not assume that drivers will stop for them or even see them. If children must cross the street, they are to do so only with the driver directing them. Have them constantly looking both ways as they cross the street until they are safely on the other side.

Every year children die or are injured in school bus related accidents. Many die as a result of a collision involving their bus with another vehicle while others are killed or hurt as they fail to clear the area around the bus or are hit by oncoming traffic.

You can keep your child safe by raising their awareness of potential hazards while the rest of us can make school bus safety a priority by obeying the rules of the road. Let’s make this school year a safe one.

Hurricane Power Outages and Yoga

Auto Date Saturday, August 2nd, 2008

During the 2005 Atlantic tropical hurricane season many people who failed to listen to authorities and a evacuate as required to do so by law found themselves stuck for three to four weeks without power or water. Many of those people who live in the hurricane area know this can happen and they stock up on food and water. Nevertheless without any television, telephones or power there is not a lot you can do.

However, if you are into yoga you could simply sit there like a pretzel for weeks on the end and be perfectly happy; isn’t that special? Perhaps if you are considering waiting out a huge hurricane rather than getting into traffic jams leading out of town only to find yourself 1000 miles away but no hotel rooms available, then it might behoove you to learn yoga.

Some people do not like Yoga but that’s only because they’ve never done it before or perhaps they are in fear of bending themselves at all those weird angles. It kind of looks like it hurts doesn’t it? But rest assured yoga does not hurt if you do it correctly and you should not knock it until you try it. As long as you are to be bored off your butt with no power or water you may as well learn yoga and sit there and enjoy it. Please consider this in 2006.
