Success for TennisLeagueNetworks First USA Tennis Tourney
Newton, MA- The first annual National tournament of the Tennis League Network (TLN), which manages local web based tennis communities in 34 cities and metro areas, was a big success, says TLN CEO Steve Chagnan. Held Nov. 6-8 at Crandon Tennis Center in Miami, FL, The event, played on hard courts, pulled 31 tennis participants of all tennis ablilites– all of the tennis participants winners in their respective local TLN seasons.
Orlando Tennis, Dallas Tennis, Miami Tennis
“This was an absolute delight to run as the tennis participants were all about getting out on the tennis courts and playing some competitive tennis” said Steve Chagnan, TLN CEO. The majority of the players who attended won their respective tournaments to earn the right to participate in the USA tourney.
The TLN communities aim to link tennis participants who are fervent about the game in either a Tennis Partner (non-competitive format) or Flex League format. Our organization keeps that the tennis participants are getting players who are close to their skill level so they are enjoying fun stirring tennis matches. In the past 5 years we have seen over 43,000 matches played and growing at a rate of 50%+ a year.
After many years of determining local champions, the conception of the USA tourney was concocted to give these tennis participants a whole new level of involvement. Today we get to learn who really has the best players; Boston, Orange County, Houston or maybe a tennis player from a lower franchise like Minneapolis. At the very least it will be a too much tennis with some great early Nov. weather.
Registration has open for 2010 seasons, its now time for you to try to qualify to join us in Miami. Male or Female tennis players we hope to have the tennis partners for you who will meet up with you on the tennis courts.
